Phenolic Aldehyde Sandwich Board

Introduction

Phenolic aldehyde sandwich board is a new kind of heat insulation material. Taking phenol and formaldehyde as its main raw materials, it is compounded through foaming by adding resin. It is characterized as  light weight, low thermal conductivity, light bulk density, nonflammable, smokeless, nontoxic. Its water absorption rate is even less than glss wool and rock wool. So it solved the problem of weak fire resistance which other organic fire protection materials have. Better  Mechanical strength than other organic foaming plastics, easy to process, convenient in construction.

Installation Method: Rabbet Type (Tongue&groove)

widely used as internal and external wall boards at purification workshops and space with high requirements on fire prevention and temperature preservation, such as hospital, electronics, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, bioresearch, beverage and laboratory .
